Tonya Tretyakova

My name is Tonya Tretyakova and I am an awfully greedy woman. That’s why some things in my life are more plentiful than normal. For example, an abundance of parents and siblings: mom, dad, stepmother and stepfather, two half sisters, both called Dasha. I flatter myself with the hope that this means that my creativity is based on growth and accumulation of life’s experiences. Although, perhaps, it is simply a pretty name for my inner squirrel. I also have two daughters. Just in case.
And two degrees.
And 10 years working as a journalist.
And a PhD thesis on poetry.
And a son.
And 5 years of experience of being a mom of a child with diabetes.
